MEDICAL ATTENTION:

Dispensing heartworm preventative and/or flea control will be included in the boarding
fees. (Please bring your own supply) If the owner should request dispensing any other
type of medication or medical attention for their pet, there will be an extra daily fee for
this service.

VACCINATIONS: DOGS

Proof of vaccinations for boarding and/or grooming is REQUIRED.
This means documentation from your veterinarian showing a current
RABIES,1 year or 3 year
DHLP-P annual booster. (Distemper/hepatitis/leptospirosis/para-influenza/parvo)
BORDETELLA for kennel cough (drops or shot)

To assure the safety and health of your pet, as well as all the other boarders, past,
present, and future, we will NOT accept any pet that has been vaccinated by the owner.
Therefore, we must have a confirmed record of all necessary vaccinations given by a
licensed veterinarian. We will be glad to call your veterinarian and confirm your shots.

FEEDING TIME:

Feeding time begins from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM or as directed due to medical reasons.

CLEAN KENNEL:

Help keep your kennels clean. We strive to maintain a clean and safe kennel for your
pets , therefore, we would prefer that your pet be clean upon arrival for boarding.
Otherwise if we deem it necessary, we will bath and flea treat your pet and you will be
charged accordingly.
